Refund & Ticket Policy

At Moms & Miami, all event tickets are sold through Acuity Scheduling and are considered final sale.

Due to the limited capacity of our events and the upfront costs required to plan and produce each experience, all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, with no exceptions.

Once a ticket is purchased, your spot is reserved and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another person or future event — regardless of attendance.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:

  • Change of plans
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • No-shows
  • Personal circumstances
  • Illness, travel delays, or emergencies

The event will take place as scheduled, and failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at checkout.
